A Jersey City Original. A New Way Forward.
I'm Neil Verano — a lifelong Jersey City resident, educator, and entrepreneur. I'm running for Councilperson At-Large to deliver ethical, independent leadership.
No donations. No endorsements. No alliances. Just ideas, action, and service.
Why I'm Running
I'm not a politician. I'm not part of a machine. I'm not asking for money, endorsements, or favors. Jersey City deserves ethical leadership rooted in service, not self-interest.
- Self-funded campaign. No donations. No PACs. No behind-the-scenes deals.
- Lived experience shapes my platform: unemployment, mental health recovery, teaching, gig economy.
- I owe no one but the people of Jersey City.
